Abstract
Our mission is to build a creator economy that amplifies exposure for projects contributing to the Arbitrum ecosystem while onboarding high-level contributors from various Web3 orgs throughout the wider Ethereum community, as well as web2 gamers/streamers to adopt consumer apps on Arbitrum, such as SankoTV. By highlighting funded projects, appchains on Arbitrum Orbit, consumer apps like SankoTV, and governance forum activity, we aim to inspire adoption, encourage DAO participation, and connect creators and brands with opportunities to build on Arbitrum. Leveraging OSPN - Open Source People’s Network, a collective of Web3 content creators, we will create targeted content to promote existing projects within the Arbitrum ecosystem on a YouTube account dedicated to this initiative and name the account “Arbitrum DAO Creator Economy.” We will also highlight appchains such as ApeChain, Rari Chain, and OpenCampus’ EDU chain, educate audiences on the benefits of launching their own appchains, and incentivize high quality forum engagement through non-transferable NFTs for providing valuable feedback on a regular basis, driving collaboration and innovation across Arbitrum DAO.
Motivation
Arbitrum DAO represents a platform that empowers creators and builders to achieve economic and digital freedom and innovation through secure, scalable, and decentralized technology. It offers a space where ideas can flourish without the limitations of traditional systems, making it an ideal environment for liberating creators and everyday entrepreneurs to explore the possibilities of Web3. However, current content about Arbitrum on platforms like YouTube largely centers around price speculation, creating a significant gap in highlighting the ecosystem's true potential.
Our initiative aims to fill this void by producing content that showcases the full breadth of Arbitrum’s ecosystem, focusing on funded projects, appchains on Arbitrum Orbit, and consumer apps like SankoTV, and the top contributors of the DAO based on forum participation. We will also emphasize the capabilities of Stylus, an SDK kit enabling advanced smart contract development. Additionally, our content will highlight Active Delegates, such as Rika, 404 DAO, and Disruption Joe, as well as their impactful contributions to the DAO. By consolidating information and addressing potential information overload, we aim to curate content that is especially relevant to delegates, including interesting proposals they might otherwise miss.
Rationale
This proposal aligns with Arbitrum’s mission to advance secure, scalable, and decentralized applications by elevating community engagement and showcasing its projects and opportunities. By creating content that highlights funded projects, appchains, and consumer apps, we aim to amplify exposure for the ecosystem while onboarding gamers/streamers. Our focus on guiding communities to launch their own appchains on Arbitrum Orbit reflects Arbitrum’s vision of encouraging innovation through trust-minimized applications and its mission of bringing secure, feature-rich rollups to a broader audience.
The introduction of non-transferable NFTs to recognize top forum contributors embodies Arbitrum’s values of inclusivity and sustainability. By rewarding contributors based on the quality of their replies for topic discussions, this initiative promotes a user-centric and collaborative environment that empowers individuals to refine their ideas and actively shape DAO decision-making. This approach positions Arbitrum DAO as a leader in decentralized governance. It connects contributors to meaningful opportunities and inspires adoption across Web3 and beyond. Through these efforts, Arbitrum DAO becomes not only a hub for innovation but also a model of community-driven growth and collaboration.

We appreciate all the valuable feedback we've received so far. An update to the proposal will be shared on Monday, reflecting the input and comments from all the delegates.
Could you clarify the onboarding process? Are there any specific steps, criteria, or support mechanisms you’ve developed to successfully onboard these new participants into the Arbitrum ecosystem?
Could you clarify the onboarding process? Are there any specific steps, criteria, or support mechanisms you’ve developed to successfully onboard these new participants into the Arbitrum ecosystem?
Thank you @Euphoria, we appreciate your valuable contributions.
The onboarding process will focus on engaging Web2 gamers, streamers, Web3 contributors, and new entrants through clear, actionable steps.
Gamers will be incentivized with ARB prize pools, promotional support, and walkthrough guidance to help them seamlessly use SankoTV - an Arbitrum-native platform for their streaming activities.
Additionally, we will organize webinars to ensure participants gain confidence and understanding to navigate the platform - with the OSPN team offering personalized support throughout.
Web3 contributors and new entrants will receive support to explore opportunities in Arbitrum Orbit and governance.
By showcasing the benefits and scalability of Arbitrum, we will guide brands and entrepreneurs to launch their own appchains on Arbitrum to encourage growth and innovation.
We will also implement regular feedback collection mechanisms through surveys and community discussions to refine the onboarding process continuously and ensure its success.
Thank you @Amira for your feedback! We appreciate your suggestion for us to adopt a decentralized approach and empower a diverse group of creators to share the Arbitrum story. As mentioned in the proposal, OSPN is a collective of Web3 content creator, and having more creators join the initiative will help boost our wider reach.
To clarify, top contributors on forum will be highlighted in our contents. This not only celebrates their efforts but also invites contributors from other communities to join the Arbitrum DAO and participate actively on our forum. This is part of our strategy, including showcasing app chains built on Arbitrum and onboarding gamers/ streamers into the ecosystem.

Thank you for your feedback! @kuiclub Focusing on promoting content from the Orbit chain as a pilot is a great idea. It will allow us to test what works, make improvements, and see results faster. We'll also set clear goals, like attracting a certain number of new communities, and make sure our budget is balanced between creating and promoting content. We appreciate your input and look forward to putting these ideas into action.
gm @0xDonPepe,
Thank you for your response, and the Questbook suggestion. The budget is negotiable. We were also intending on allocating 18,000 ARB towards a prize pool to reward the top streamers on SankoTV throughout the 6 month period, and we're open to allocating a larger prize pool to incentivize the use of other dApps within the Arbitrum ecosystem.

Also, we intend for the content to live on a dedicated YouTube channel, not the OSPN account. We plan to name the account "Arbitrum DAO Creator Economy" and open up the org for other content creators within the DAO as well.
I appreciate you and @Gabriel for suggesting the Arbitrum Ambassador Program and Questbook's season 3. We can explore these options, but we're also open to reducing or restructuring the distributions of the funds requested.
Hey @Tekr0x.eth,
Thank you for taking the time to respond to our proposal. I really like the ideas that you suggested Opening up roles to everyone, especially content creators would be an ideal approach to establish a decentralized creator economy. We welcome the idea of Including existing partners such as ANDAO. Our mission is to onboard more content creators and run our media org like an open source software company. I was inspired by the vibrancy of the Linux community as I established OSPN (Open Source People's Network) in 2023. We ultimately want to share info about the benefits of cryptography, how it empowers creators, and inspire more people to build onchain. We're certainly willing to open up this initiative to include more content creators, while offering assistance with video editing, graphic design, research, and creating a system for rewarding DAO contributors that offers valuable feedback on forum, such as yourself with non transferrable NFTs for achievements such as "Contributor of the Week/Month."

As far as incorporating Jokerace, we can use the platform to host competitions where people vote on their favorite dApps on Arbitrum, and we can reward the winner with a prize pool from the grant allocation. Also, in our proposal, we offered the creation of a prize pool for the top streamers on SankoTV in the amount of 18k ARB, but we can use that portion or more to fund Jokerace competitions instead, if there's more community interest there.
Once again, thank you for your response, looking forward to adjusting the proposal a bit with your suggestions, and the other solid suggestions below by @0xDonPepe and @Gabriel to shape our proposal in a way that aligns with the DAO, and in a way that is much collaborative as well.
Thank you, @Ignas, for your thoughtful feedback. We will soon update our proposal to reflect the valuable input we've received, ensuring it aligns with the DAO's best interests.

FYI @Entropy maybe something you can include in your proposal of objectives for SOS
Thank you @Melasin for your proposal. While we appreciate the initiative, several key areas need refinement:
First, the proposed scope is too broad. While valuable, content creation for builders and projects often falls outside core DAO activities. A more focused approach would strengthen the proposal. For example, focusing specifically on creators through content creation of projects building on Arbitrum and their innovations.

Though well-intentioned, creating a new social channel would likely contribute to more content fragmentation. This is a broader challenge that needs a coordinated solution from the DAO. But at this time, we feel that a new channel would struggle to gain meaningful traction.
The proposed costs, including the 18k ARB prize allocation, appear high relative to the projected impact. The proposal needs clear KPIs, whether they're builder engagement targets, content creator metrics, or other concrete goals. Even approximate targets would help evaluate potential value.
Given these points, we align with @Gabriel and @danielo's recommendation to pursue this through Questbook as a grant rather than direct DAO funding. This would allow you to demonstrate proof of concept with a more targeted scope:
We see merit in your proposal and encourage you to refine it, taking into account these considerations.
This proposal outlines a comprehensive and ambitious initiative to build a creator economy within the Arbitrum ecosystem. The author had the opportunity to share their proposal on yesterday's community call. The team appears to have relevant experience from their previous work with the Rari Foundation and Edu DAO. The plan to create weekly long-form and short-form content, coupled with a focus on Arbitrum Orbit appchains, consumer apps like SankoTV, and governance forum activity, is well thought out. The introduction of non-transferable NFTs to recognize top forum contributors is a creative and effective way to incentivize high-quality engagement—similar to POAPs. A similar experiment during the Seed Latam governance call proved to be very effective.
While the total grant request of 88,000 ARB is detailed, the breakdown could benefit from more granularity. For example: • How much of the 30,000 ARB allocated to content planning and script creation is dedicated to research versus actual scriptwriting? • How will the 18,000 ARB for the SankoTV prize pool be distributed and monitored to ensure fairness and transparency?

Additionally, while the proposal outlines deliverables, it lacks specific KPIs. What does success for this program look like? What are the target numbers for views, engagements, or new users onboarded through the content?
It was already mentioned in last week's call that the author should consider applying for Questbook, which would be a more beneficial route than a DAO vote.
This represents the thoughts of the GMX governance committee
The funds requested are not large and I would like to support this but ArbiturmDAO is not setup to support such an initiative and see it succeed. Generic content without strategy will be a waste of money, and to have a strategy we need alignment and well, a strategy process (with some form of approval). This proposal can't address the high-level strategy need.
I'd suggest pausing this and revisiting once such a strategy is setup. Quite problematically, I don't know of any initiatives that can address this comms strategic gap! the SOS proposal can give some direction but is very unlikely to provide a brand positioning/comms strategy. At best the SOS proposals could highlight this as a need... So we're far away from having this figured out and a sequential approach is likely too long...
Hi @Melasin, it's great to see initiatives focused on digital marketing efforts. I think I’m a bit late to comment, but I don’t want to wait any longer to share my perspective based on my experience in audiovisual content creation.
I believe a plan like this should not be limited to just two platforms (YouTube and X). Considering that content formats can be replicated, it’s important to target platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Instagram. Additionally, since the participants are players/streamers, platforms like Twitch and Kick shouldn’t be overlooked. Live streams could be conducted to engage new users and build a community using tools like Discord.
Interesting proposal. Arbitrum could use more good content. However:

A similar experiment during the Seed Latam governance call proved to be very effective.
While the total grant request of 88,000 ARB is detailed, the breakdown could benefit from more granularity. For example: • How much of the 30,000 ARB allocated to content planning and script creation is dedicated to research versus actual scriptwriting? • How will the 18,000 ARB for the SankoTV prize pool be distributed and monitored to ensure fairness and transparency?
This proposal outlines a comprehensive and ambitious initiative to build a creator economy within the Arbitrum ecosystem. The author had the opportunity to share their proposal on yesterday's community call. The team appears to have relevant experience from their previous work with the Rari Foundation and Edu DAO.
However:

As I mentioned earlier in the governance call, starting from scratch requires a paid advertising strategy on the platforms where the content will be distributed. Organic efforts will likely be ineffective and take too long to gain traction.
One thing that concerns me is the exorbitant amount of funds being requested for just 5 months. Why isn’t there a continuity plan? This project gives me the impression that after 5 months, it will be forgotten, and the efforts won’t have the expected impact.
I don’t see the need to use Podcastle AI for audio enhancement if Adobe’s suite ($450 USD annual plan) is already being considered. Adobe Podcast could handle this function, saving unnecessary expenses.
I also have doubts about how they plan to monitor the performance of the posts. Have they explored platforms like HootSuite or Later for scheduling and tracking efforts? This is something that can’t be overlooked when managing a content plan.
I think the proposal is innovative and aligned with Arbitrum’s values, but it requires rigorous follow-up to ensure funds are used efficiently and objectives are met.
Thanks for putting this up, Melasin.
There seem to be some positives going off delegates' feedback which is good. There's also the suggestion to go through Questbook which we believe your team should consider.
On this comment by jameskbh, we were a bit curious so we went through the OSPN YT channel and saw your videos in collaboration RARI Foundation.

We have a question on this. What were some learnings from this collaboration and how are you looking to apply these learnings for this iteration of the creator economy?
Finally, there's also some overlap with the ArbitrumHub's proposal along content creation and dissemination, as well as community engagement. Would be great to see if you two could work together on some level.
Thank you for this proposal. We appreciate the ideas about driving community engagement and adoption of Arbitrum tech through content and incentives. However, there are several elements in the proposal that are missing and we would have liked to see, most importantly the lack of KPIs and how this initiative would translate to measurable outcomes for the DAO. From the proposal, no prior work has been done on this—it still an idea at this stage that needs to be built from scratch. This means that the proposal ought to have made a much stronger case for why the DAO should even fund this initiative.
Given the nature of this proposal it might be more appropriate to seek funding through other channels (e.g., Questbook). Regarding direct DAO funding, we are somewhat always biased towards supporting tested, demonstrably high-impact and data-driven initiatives that strategically address DAO objectives.

I'd recommend you to go to Questbook first with a smaller and more targetted proposal, demonstrate value and them come back to the DAO with a larger ask
The following reflects the views of the Lampros DAO governance team, composed of Chain_L (@Blueweb), @Euphoria, and Hirangi Pandya (@Nyx), based on our combined research, analysis, and ideation.
Thank you for putting forward this detailed proposal. This initiative could enhance our ecosystem's visibility and engagement.

Thank you for putting forward this detailed proposal. This initiative could enhance our ecosystem's visibility and engagement.
However, current content about Arbitrum on platforms like YouTube largely centers around price speculation, creating a significant gap in highlighting the ecosystem’s true potential.
We appreciate the comprehensive approach outlined in the document, particularly the goal of moving beyond price speculation. There is indeed a need for such an initiative that highlights the power of Arbitrum beyond its price.
Non-transferable NFTs will be issued for ‘Contributor of the Year’, ‘Quarter’, ‘Month’, and ‘Week’ to incentivize high-quality engagement
We're particularly interested in your plan to see "non-transferable NFTs" for recognizing contributors. When you mention these will be issued for "Contributor of the Year', 'Quarter', 'Month', and 'Week'", it raises some questions about the long-term value and implementation of this recognition system. We suggest going beyond just creating NFTs and developing a comprehensive recognition program. Some additional benefits we would like to see in the proposal beyond just NFTs.
OpenAI API: To analyze forum feedback and rank contributors based on feedback quality, leveraging AI to provide sophisticated analysis.
The use of AI for feedback analysis is great, but it raises questions about the accuracy to us. We suggest implementing a hybrid approach where AI provides initial analysis, but human moderators do a final review for start. This ensures that nuanced, context-specific contributions are not overlooked by an algorithmic system.
Could you clarify the onboarding process? Are there any specific steps, criteria, or support mechanisms you've developed to successfully onboard these new participants into the Arbitrum ecosystem?
We think it makes sense to start small and prove the idea works. Instead of giving all the money at once, why not keep it milestone-based payments?
Lastly, we echo with other delegates that this proposal could benefit from a pilot version through the Questbook round, which would help establish a clear roadmap for the future expansion of this initiative.
We liked this idea and want to help make it better. These are just our thoughts to help improve the proposal and make sure it helps the Arbitrum community grow.
Hi there,
I overall like that approach and think it can help boost Arbitrums usage. What I liked for myself to learn a lot were the videos of Finematics, teaching me how DeFi works in an easy and understandable manner. I would even go that far and say that having Finematics creating videos for the DAO would be a huge benefit, as he already has a big group of follower and really understands crypto and videocreation and editing.

It might be a good idea to get in touch because why should we start at the beginning if there are already people out there that have a web3 native audience with great videos.
I like the motivation, rationale and plan of this proposal, but as some other community members mentioned, I suggest first applying to the next Questbook Grants season, perhaps with a smaller scope and ask. After that, you could apply with a direct proposal to the DAO again (and justify a higher potential ask with results from the "pilot" run).
We appreciate the proposal to build a creator economy around Arbitrum and think this is an innovative approach, but have concerns about the cost-benefit structure
The 88,000 ARB budget appears high for a 6-month content creation initiative.
The SankoTV streamer prize pool (18,000 ARB) lacks clear KPIs.
While I appreciate the intent behind this proposal, it seems like yet another uncoordinated marketing initiative that operates independently, without considering existing or proposed efforts within the Arbitrum ecosystem. Fragmented approaches like this risk inefficiencies, duplication of efforts, and a lack of cohesive messaging.
Thank you for sharing this proposal. I appreciate the thought and effort you've put into it. I definitely agree that strengthening Arbitrum's content marketing is key to its success.
While I'm excited about the vision, I think it might be best to hold off on this specific approach for now. With @Entropy leading the MVP and SOS, it's crucial that our marketing efforts are perfectly synchronized with those key initiatives.

I'm a bit confused about the role of forum data in identifying top contributors, given that creator activity will primarily happen on platforms like YouTube and X.
And while you mentioned the creator economy, the proposal seems to have a pre-defined team. If and when we move forward with this, I'd love to see a completely decentralized approach with lots and lots of creators generating content around the world - organically sharing the Arbitrum story - something like marketing ambassadors.
Let's keep this conversation going! Once we have a clearer picture of our short-term and mid-term goals, we can revisit this concept and explore how it might best fit into the overall marketing strategy.
I like the motivation behind this proposal, it’ll push the community to engage more when their contributions are recognized.
Also, the exposure from video content will help boost Arbitrum’s brand.
That said, just having a good motivation and a "successful" outcome isn't enough to get the proposal passed :). I agree with other delegates:

We recognize that this proposal is beneficial for the DAO in terms of marketing, as it aims to attract developers and others to maximize Arbitrum's reach. However, we agree with other comments suggesting that the budget might be high for launching this project. Perhaps, in this initial phase, the NFT Recognition System could be omitted, and the project duration slightly extended.
Additionally, our team would find it valuable to see a sample of the content the team would produce collaboratively.
Got it! Thank you for the clarification.
I'd still suggest waiting until the short-term and long-term objectives are set based on the MVP that is defined by the DAO. Until then this would be one of those fragmented efforts that we want to move away from.
I think you should wait for a new season in Questbook. The domain allocator can evaluate and decide with the PM if this proposal brings benefits to ARB.
The proposal is well-crafted and well-directed. Showcasing orbits and including content with NFTs is a great plus for users, as it helps them learn how to use the chain.
We definitely need a stronger presence on social media to promote the Arbitrum ecosystem and to keep the community informed about current events and news.
However, I am concerned about the proposed budget of 88,000 ARB, especially given that it covers only a six-month period. This amount seems excessive for the scale of impact demonstrated by OSPN's current YouTube presence, which features less than 24 videos with an average of only around 50 views each. This level of engagement does not yet justify such a substantial investment.

We value the focus on ecosystem growth but would need clear goals and objectives before supporting a proposal like this.
We suggest coming back with:
Consider revising the proposal with a leaner budget focused on proving concept effectiveness before scaling.
As it stands now, we will vote against this proposal as it does not have clear goals and success metrics while being quite expensive.

There’s definitely a solid marketing effort here, and the team looks strong. This could turn into something significant. However, from my perspective, the budget seems immense for the past work shown so far. A cost of nearly $3.5K per video seems quite high. We love marketing proposals, so I recommend adjusting your budget, creating detailed milestones, and applying again in Questbook.
Thank you for the proposal!

While I don't want to discourage OSPN and acknowledge that raising wider awareness of Arbitrum is crucial, I would recommend starting with a smaller scale initiative. This could either be through participating in the Arbitrum Ambassador Program, which rewards contributions to the ecosystem, or by revising the budget downwards significantly.
If you consider reducing your budget, you might explore opportunities in Questbook's season 3. There, you could apply under the domains of education, community growth, and events or even focus on the gaming domain to showcase games built on Arbitrum. This approach could offer a more appropriate framework to scale OSPN's efforts, aligning better with demonstrated results/milestones and community engagement.
In summary, while the intention behind the proposal aligns well with Arbitrum’s goals, the financial and strategic approach requires adjustment to ensure alignment with community expectations and resource efficiency.
Well, it seems to me an interesting proposal and more than necessary as it was at the time of arbitrum community market. I value and appreciate the proposal but I have certain questions and considerations.
As main, I am interested in the type of content, how will it be? I understand the content that will be there, I like it, but I mean the format, will it be animation? like a podcast with several people talking? vlog? weekly summary with a single creator sharing his screen? more like streaming format? what is the justification for the chosen format?

On the other hand, I understand perfectly well that the idea is to be a strong presence on youtube and that's why a big budget and quality search is being made, I like that ambition but, is it necessary? I don't know if I think the whole cost is expensive, but to dedicate all that equipment and money to a single channel? again, what I found most valuable about the proposal is the desire to spread the DAO and ARB beyond speculation, but in a sea of speculative content, a single drop of quality content may be lost (or, ideally, highlighted), what I mean is: why not dump all that equipment to a series of channels? I think that by accommodating the budget and goals, although more expensive, it will be more profitable in terms of human capital, KPIs and reputation to start fostering small and several channels supervised, managed and advised by the proposed team. We could also consider, with this modality, overcoming the language barrier and contacting content creators from other languages... Also, on the other hand, I miss in the proposal numbers and clear limits, what KPIs or number defines that the case is a success? what numbers would symbolize the closure of the project? where do you aim to reach in a year?

Our initiative aims to fill this void by producing content that showcases the full breadth of Arbitrum’s ecosystem, focusing on funded projects, appchains on Arbitrum Orbit, and consumer apps like SankoTV, and the top contributors of the DAO based on forum participation. We will also emphasize the capabilities of Stylus, an SDK kit enabling advanced smart contract development. Additionally, our content will highlight Active Delegates, such as Rika, 404 DAO, and Disruption Joe, as well as their impactful contributions to the DAO. By consolidating

Overall, I really like this idea. I hope my suggestions are helpful and get included in the proposal. Looking forward to seeing it develop!
The proposal is very innovative, thank you for presenting it. I noticed that the incentive mechanism, especially the non-transferable NFT incentive, is quite creative. However, I would like to ask how you plan to define and evaluate the “quality” of participation and ensure fairness.
Additionally, the proposal does not clearly specify the metrics for measuring success, such as audience growth targets or the extent of community engagement improvements resulting from the NFT incentives.

The idea of attracting Web2 gamers and hosts is excellent. While the proposal mentions this direction, it does not clearly outline how to specifically incentivize or connect with them. A more actionable plan is needed, such as specific promotional strategies tailored to this group.
Lastly, the budget allocation seems heavily weighted toward content creation and data analysis, while relatively less is allocated to promotion and marketing, which might limit the content’s reach to the target audience. Would you consider increasing the budget and applying for the necessary amount in one go to ensure sufficient resources for promotion?
the type of content proposed matches the scope of the education, growth and community domain of the next grant program. As other stated is a fit there. But, beside this, there are some questions on the effective reach you might have through the channel, even tho is interesting using sanko for distribution, something quite positive to use on chain applications. My suggestion would be to read previously approved proposals to understand metrics and base cases for a good application.
Thank you @Melasin for bringing this proposal before the DAO and @jarisjames for your communication and openness to suggestions. We align with your initiative to promote Arbitrum to a broader audience and utility strategies whether is be your own, Jokerace, Layer3, or some other platform to incentivize the activity this proposal aims to promote. Given the broadness of this initial proposal, we agree with @0xDonPepe and @Gabriel that perhaps a Questbook Grants proposal under the community growth focus may be most appropriate. In this way, you will be able to test a particular vertical for an opening phase of this initiative, perhaps your example of SankoTV streaming incentives. This will enable you to reduce the budget as the need for all the full extent of each section such as a developed soulbound NFT system and data collection may be less necessary when focusing solely on simple, defined KPIs.
We suggest using this forum to gather insights into which specific content areas the DAO may find most important. For us, the effort to promote the currently live Orbit chain is the most beneficial for the Arbitrum Ecosystem which can in turn encourage other communities to launch their own appchains down the road. Given suggestions to focus on, we can work to define the KPIs for an initiative such as having the Arbitrum DAO Creator Economy Youtube channel reaching X,000 subscribers and have the intention of producing 4 videos a week from at least 3 different content creators (we really enjoy your emphasis on a community of creators here). This will be an iterative process, but with each phase, we are able to address feedback and grow to fulfill the vision of an open, empowering creator economy across Arbitrum.
Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't this just a plain chatgpt style answer?
well.. that's what happens when comments are being taken into consideration for the Delegate Incentives Program. hopefully the @SEEDGov people would be able to evaluate these comments adequately and they would actually hurt more than they help the delegates score.

Hello! Thanks for your proposal.
Echoing some comments from fellow delegates, I believe that it needs some rework

I hope this helps, and I wish you good luck!
Thank you for sharing this proposal. It feels like a breath of fresh air, and I’m glad to see it on the forum.
My main concern is that the ideas you proposed seem very basic and generic. It feels like they don’t fully understand the ecosystem. I’d like the proposal much more if:
